Simple/Simple Edit Commands/Accidentals submenu

Use this submenu to add or modify accidentals of selected notes.

• Sharp • Flat • Natural • Double Sharp • Double Flat. Choose these commands to apply the specified accidental to the selected note. The key signature determines whether the accidental appears.
• Up • Down Half Step. Choose these commands to raise or lower the selected note a half step.
• Show/Hide Accidental. Choose this menu item to force the accidental to either show or hide on the selected note.
• Parenthesize Accidental. Choose this menu item to have the accidental on the selected note appear in parentheses.
