This command is only available when you're in Page View and have a page-assigned text block selected. Use this command to center the text block between the top and bottom page margins or the edges of the page. You can also set the placement for text blocks in the Frame Attributes dialog box.
When you change the vertical placement of a text block, Finale clears any manual positioning done in the score, and resets the V: positioning setting in the Frame Attributes dialog box to zero.
